Luisa has over 15 years of operational experience including billing and transactions, managerial approvals, staff operations, and fulfilment of customer needs. Prior to Gridmatic, she held roles at NextEra Energy Resources, CIMA ENERGY, ENGIE North America, American Light & Power, and APG&E. Luisa has a B.A. in Business Administration and Management from American InterContinental University.
